Wounded Warriors Honored by Alice In Chains

Wounded Warriors Honored by Alice In Chains

ATLANTA – Members of the rock band Alice In Chains have a blistering tour schedule running 11 months a year. But that schedule opens the door for an opportunity – to visit injured service men and women around the country.

This was a great feature to visit with the all the band members and about 15 Wounded Warriors from Army posts across the state of Georgia.

I produced a feature article on the National Museum of the Army Reserve for early this year for the Warrior-Citizen magazine.

Both Chris Kolakowski and Chris Ruff – yes, what are the chances of the only two employees being both named Chris – were excellent interviewees. They could spout of historical knowledge dating back to the Revolutionary War.
