I, along with Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Mark Burrell, spent a week at the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, Calif. back in May.
Affectionately know as “The Box”, NTC is the Army’s premier desert training area replicating both Afghanistan and Iraq.
Our images and stories will be featured in upcoming issues of both Soldiers Magazine, the Army’s official publication, and Warrior-Citizen magazine, the Army Reserve’s official publication.
The story I recently did on the Army Reserve Marksmanship Team training Soldiers with the 82nd Airborne Division on the new Enhanced Battle Rifle was picked up by a website called ShotTimes.net.

Had a photoshoot for a ZUMA Press client who is working on a magazine article about barbecue. This place was on the list. Hope they like it. The food was great!
